Who we are: KidFlowzAI (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides time-saving tools and early-access programs for childcare providers and parents.

1) Agreement
By using kidflowzai.com or buying a Supporter tier, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2) What we offer (today)
Website & waitlist. You can learn about our product and join our email waitlist.
Supporter tiers. One-time purchases (e.g., Founding Parent, Founding Provider, Early Ally) that include early-access benefits and the Pilot Toolkit services described on our site.
Not a donation. Supporter tiers are purchases of services/benefits, not tax-deductible donations.
No legal/medical advice. Templates and reminders are educational; you are responsible for your compliance.
3) Payments & taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge your card for the amount shown.
Prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes where required.
Supporter tiers are one-time charges (no automatic renewals).
4) Refunds
Founding Parent/Provider: generally non-refundable once delivered (digital benefits).
Early Ally: fully refundable until your onboarding call is scheduled; after kickoff, refunds are at our discretion based on work completed.
If we fail to deliver the Pilot Toolkit “live” milestone within 14 days of your scheduled onboarding, we add +1 month to your future Pro credit (see Supporters page).
For any refund request, email hello@kidflowzai.com with your order email and reason.
5) Eligibility
You must be 18+ to purchase. The site is not directed to children under 13.
6) Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site (no spam, scraping, unlawful activity, or attempts to break security).
7) Intellectual property
KidFlowzAI name, logos, artwork, and site content are protected. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use materials we provide for your program; no resale or republication without permission.
8) Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, WordPress plugins, Google services). Their terms apply when you use them.
9) Disclaimers & limits
The site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. If we’re found liable, our total liability won’t exceed what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10) Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and post a notice on the site.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan (USA). Venue and jurisdiction lie in courts located in Michigan.
